All orders are shipped via Canada Post, from Vancouver where we keep most of our stock.
***At our discretion, some orders will be shipped with a signature required. This protects your order. We’ve had some packages go missing in the past, particularly when shipped to neighborhood “Super Boxes” so we now ship a lot of orders with a signature required. This means if you’re not home (or the postie in your area does not come to your door) or you have a community mailbox, a notice will be left for you and you’ll have to go to the specified post office to sign for and pick up your package.
All orders are shipped with insurance. If a package goes missing for whatever reason, Canada Post will open an investigation. Until we hear back from Canada Post, we do not reship. If your order does not arrive, please contact us.
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Small brown box with no mention of weight loss or diet or package contents etc.
Orders received before noon are shipped the same day.
Tracking is provided and updated each evening prior to 5pm PST. An automatic email is then sent to you containing the tracking number and a direct link to Canadapost.ca so you can track your order.
Please note Canada Post does not operate on Saturday, Sunday or stat holidays nor do they count those days as “business days.” Delivery times vary from 1-5 business days, with more remote areas taking anywhere from 5-11 days.
